it depends-there might be dinner the night before with residents, next day they usually take u around the hospital and resident willshow u around-u will meet with PD for sure and may be 2 other asst PDs etc etc-it depends on who is free that day.
theremight be lunch with residents
the key is keep asking Qs -even ask the same Q to diff people so that u look like u are interested. make sure u are pleasant.Last yr so many people wonder why they dont match with 99/99 and i think it is b/c they dont know how to have a smooth interview.Some program will give u agenda before , even then it can change-remember they are very busy and some are post call or get sick etc.
