2. Take step3 and pass it well on first attempt
3. Apply next year in Sept. research the progr well by calling and e-mailing with your credentials so you don't waste too much money.
4. Get US clinic exp (fam med and IM)and try to obtain outstanding letters
5. Hire a great coach to assist you with CV, PS and writing and your overall application
